Terms of use.

RanPlan is provided by RANDEVOS LTD. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you obtained RanPlan through the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it and these terms conflict, Apple’s takes precedence.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use RanPlan on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, or copy, decompile or reverse engineer the app except where the law expressly allows it.

Subscriptions and purchases

RanPlan is free to use. Pro unlocks unlimited wake-relative tasks, every widget, the Apple Watch app, the journal, and Calendar and Reminders sync.

Prices are in US dollars and may differ in your local store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. If you take the free trial, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings, at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. We cannot cancel it for you — only Apple can. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment for the current app. It does not obligate us to build any particular future feature.

What RanPlan is not

RanPlan schedules reminders through iOS. It is not a medical device and must not be relied on as the sole means of taking medication or attending anything critical. Notifications can be delayed or suppressed by your device — by Focus modes, low power mode, permissions, or simply being switched off. Please do not depend on it for anything where a missed alert would cause harm.

Your content

Your tasks and journal entries are yours. They stay on your device; we neither hold nor claim any rights over them. See our privacy policy.

Liability

RanPlan is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires and does not permit us to exclude. To the extent the law allows, RANDEVOS LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
