RanPlan does not collect your data. Not a reduced amount — none. There is no account to create, no analytics, and no server belonging to us for your information to be sent to. This page is short because there is little to describe.

What stays on your device

Your tasks, routines, wake times, journal entries and settings are stored on your device. They are also written to a shared container on the same device so the RanPlan widgets and Apple Watch app can read them, and sent directly to your paired Apple Watch. None of that leaves your devices.

Calendar and Reminders

If you connect them, RanPlan reads your chosen calendars and reminder lists so those items appear beside your plan, and — for reminders you pick — writes a completion back when you tick one. This happens on your device through Apple’s own frameworks. We never see it.

Notifications

Reminders and alarms are scheduled locally by iOS. RanPlan sends no push notifications, so there is no push token and no notification server.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details. Purchase status is verified through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier and the receipt Apple issues so the app knows whether Pro is active. It is not linked to your name, your email or anything you write in RanPlan.

Tracking and advertising

There is none. No advertising identifier, no third-party SDK for attribution or analytics, no profiling, no data sold or shared. RanPlan does not ask for tracking permission because it has nothing to track.

Children

RanPlan is not directed at children under 13 and collects nothing from anyone, of any age.

Your rights

Because your data never reaches us, there is nothing for us to export or delete on your behalf. Deleting the app removes everything it stored. Under the GDPR and the CCPA you are entitled to request access to or erasure of personal data a company holds about you; if you believe we hold any, write to hello@ranplan.app and we will answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy ever changes materially — for example if a future version of RanPlan syncs across devices through a server — the app will say so before that feature is turned on. It will not happen quietly.
